They are scammers. At the beginning they are the best persond and the most kind persons. After the hairtransplant i had guarantee of 18 months. If anything was wrong or i am not happy with the result i can come back and do it again. I am now in my 10th month and i am more bald than before my transplant. I contacted them and told them that i am not happy and that i want to use my guarantee to re do it again.
They told me without shame that it was my other hair that was fallen of and if i want to do it again i need to pay again an amount of €3300.
So the guarantee is for nothing…
For me they are scammers and i understand everybody with a nice review because they treat you like a king till youre home.
And if you have something that youre not happy with.
They dont care at all.

Muy overall experience with Dr. Serkan Aygin clinic was very positive. The clinic was modern and clean. Transports and accommodation were well organized. My case manager was there to answer any questions i had before my appointment. So far, things are looking good. Anyone who is thinking about this, just do it.

It was a good experience. The organisation was really well executed. All the tranfers were on time and the hotel was good. During the operiation aswell everything was planned right and good cummunication. I can only be grateful for the experience and wish the best to the whole team.
